वीरतापूर्ण अनेक कर्म करने वाले इंद्र ने हव्य वहन करने वाले स्तुतिकर्तता एवं पालथी मारकर बैठे हुए अंगिरागोत्रीय ऋषियों का साथ देकर उनके शत्रुओं को जीता. नगरों को नष्ट करने वाले एवं ज्ञानी इंद्र ने मित्रता मानने वाले अंगिराओं की मित्रता के कारण राक्षसों के नगर नष्ट किए. (३)
EN English Translation
Indra, who performed many of the heroic deeds, won over his enemies by supporting the Angiragotrian sages who were sitting with praise and cynicism. Indra, who destroyed the cities and the wise, destroyed the cities of demons because of the friendship of the friendly Angiras. (3)
