हे इंद्र! युद्ध और संकट के समय में युद्ध करने वाले मनुष्य युद्ध में (और यज्ञ में) आप को सहायता के लिए बुलाते हैं. आप शूरवीर व धनदाता हैं. आप गायों और पशूओं के बाड़े में हमें पहुंचा दीजिए, ताकि हम अन्न, धन व बल तीनों का लाभ पा सकें. (६)

O Indra! In times of war and crisis, people who fight call you for help in war (and in yagya). You are a knight and a giver. You bring us to the enclosure of cows and animals, so that we can get the benefit of food, money and strength. (6)
