प्रतिज्ञा के लिए उस को निबाह सकने वाले की नियुक्ति की जानी चाहिए. योजना के लिए उद्घोषक को, विवाद निर्णय हेतु चुप रहने वालों को, बहुवादी हेतु आडंबर का आघात करने वाले को, महिमा हेतु वीणावादक को, भीषण स्वर के लिए ढोल बजाने वाले को, ठीकठीक आवाज हेतु शंख वादक को, वन रक्षार्थ वन रक्षक को, अन्य वनों की रक्षा के लिए दावानल रक्षक को नियुक्त करना चाहिए.
