तद्वो॑ गाय सु॒ते सचा॑ पुरुहू॒ताय॒ सत्व॑ने । शं यद्गवे॒ न शा॒किने॑ ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे स्तोता! सोमरस का संस्कार हो जाने पर इंद्र देव की स्तुति करो, जिस से वे हम सोमरस देने वालों के लिए गौ के समान कल्याणकारी हों. (१)
EN English Translation
This hymn! When Someras is cremated, praise Indra Dev, so that he is as welfare as a cow for us Somaras givers. (1)
न घा॒ वसु॒र्नि य॑मते दा॒नं वाज॑स्य॒ गोम॑तः । यत्सी॒मुप॒ श्रव॒द्गिरः॑ ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
ये इंद्र यदि हमारी स्तुतियों को सुन लेते हैं तो गौ से युक्त अन्न देने में विलंब नहीं करते. (२)
EN English Translation
If these Indras listen to our praises, then they do not delay in giving food containing cow. (2)
कु॒वित्स॑स्य॒ प्र हि व्र॒जं गोम॑न्तं दस्यु॒हा गम॑त् । शची॑भि॒रप॑ नो वरत् ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र! तुम वृत्र राक्षस का वध करने वाले हो तथा सभी को अपरिमित अन्न देते हो. तुम गौ से सुशोभित स्थान पर आ कर हम को बल से पूर्ण बनाओ. (३)
EN English Translation
O Indra! You are the one who kills the great demon and gives unlimited food to everyone. You come to a place adorned with cow and make us full of strength. (3)
