उ॒त दे॑वा॒ अव॑हितं॒ देवा॒ उन्न॑यथा॒ पुनः॑ । उ॒ताग॑श्च॒क्रुषं॑ देवा॒ देवा॑ जी॒वय॑था॒ पुनः॑ ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे देवो! मुझ गिरे हुए को ऊपर उठाओ. मुझ पाप करने वाले की तुम रक्षा करो एवं मुझे चिरजीवी बनाओ. (१)
EN English Translation
Oh, God! Lift me up the fallen. Protect the one who sins me and make me eternal. (1)
द्वावि॒मौ वातौ॑ वात॒ आ सिन्धो॒रा प॑रा॒वतः॑ । दक्षं॑ ते अ॒न्य आ वा॑तु॒ परा॒न्यो वा॑तु॒ यद्रपः॑ ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
दो प्रकार की वायु समुद्र तक एवं उससे भी आगे बहती हैं. हे स्तोता! एक वायु तुम्हें शक्ति दे और दूसरी तुम्हारा पाप नष्ट करे. (२)
EN English Translation
Two types of air flow to and beyond the sea. This is the hymn! One air gives you strength and the other destroys your sin. (2)
आ वा॑त वाहि भेष॒जं वि वा॑त वाहि॒ यद्रपः॑ । त्वं हि वि॒श्वभे॑षजो दे॒वानां॑ दू॒त ईय॑से ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इधर जाने वाली वायु! तुम ओषधियां लाओ. हे उधर जाने वाली वायु! तुम पापों को ले जाओ. तुम सभी ओषधियों के समान हो एवं देवों की दूत बनकर चलती हो. (३)
EN English Translation
Oh, the wind going here! You bring the herbs. O wind going there! You take the sins. You are like all the medicines and walk as messengers of the gods. (3)
आ त्वा॑गमं॒ शंता॑तिभि॒रथो॑ अरि॒ष्टता॑तिभिः । दक्षं॑ ते भ॒द्रमाभा॑र्षं॒ परा॒ यक्ष्मं॑ सुवामि ते ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे यजमान! मैं तुम्हारे लिए सुखकारी एवं कष्टविनाशक रक्षासाधन लेकर आया हूं. मैंने तुम में कल्याणकारी शक्ति भरी है. मैं अब तुम्हारे रोग को दूर करता हूं. (४)
EN English Translation
O host! I have brought you a soothing and painful defense. I have instilled in you the welfare power. I'm going to cure your disease now. (4)
त्राय॑न्तामि॒ह दे॒वास्त्राय॑तां म॒रुतां॑ ग॒णः । त्राय॑न्तां॒ विश्वा॑ भू॒तानि॒ यथा॒यम॑र॒पा अस॑त् ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
इस स्थान पर देव, मरुद्गण एवं सभी प्राणी रक्षा करें. इस प्रकार यह व्यक्ति रोगरहित बने. (५)
EN English Translation
Protect god, deserts and all beings in this place. Thus this person became diseaseless. (5)
आप॒ इद्वा उ॑ भेष॒जीरापो॑ अमीव॒चात॑नीः । आपः॒ सर्व॑स्य भेष॒जीस्तास्ते॑ कृण्वन्तु भेष॒जम् ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जल ही भेषज के समान रोगों को नष्ट करने वाले एवं सब प्राणियों के रोगनाशक हैं. वे ही जल तुम्हारे लिए ओषधि का कार्य करें. (६)
EN English Translation
Water is the destroyer of diseases like a drug and is the healer of all living beings. Let those same waters act as a medicine for you. (6)
हस्ता॑भ्यां॒ दश॑शाखाभ्यां जि॒ह्वा वा॒चः पु॑रोग॒वी । अ॒ना॒म॒यि॒त्नुभ्यां॑ त्वा॒ ताभ्यां॒ त्वोप॑ स्पृशामसि ॥ (७)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हाथ की दस उंगलियों के साथ-साथ वचन के आगे-आगे जीभ चलती है. मैं अपने रोगनाशक हाथों द्वारा तुम्हें छूता हूं. (७)
EN English Translation
The tongue moves forward and forth with the ten fingers of the hand as well as the word. I touch you with my curative hands. (7)
