हे इंद्र! मेघ तुम्हारे भय के कारण विस्तृत एवं आकाश में उत्पन्न जल को बरसाते हैं. वैसे वह जल नीचे गिराने योग्य नहीं है. तुम्हारे आगमन से धरती-आकाश, पर्वत, वन एवं समस्त प्राणी डरते हैं. (२)
EN English Translation
O Indra! The clouds are wide because of your fear and rain the water produced in the sky. Well that water is not worth dropping down. By your coming, the earth, the heavens, the mountains, the forests, and all beings are afraid. (2)
