ती॒व्रस्या॒भिव॑यसो अ॒स्य पा॑हि सर्वर॒था वि हरी॑ इ॒ह मु॑ञ्च । इन्द्र॒ मा त्वा॒ यज॑मानासो अ॒न्ये नि री॑रम॒न्तुभ्य॑मि॒मे सु॒तासः॑ ॥ (१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र! यह जो हवि रूप अन्न देने वाला यजमान है, तुम इस के रथियों की रक्षा करो. हे इंद्र! सोमरस का संस्कार किया जा चुका है, इसलिए अपने घोड़ों को छोड़ कर यहां आओ और दूसरे यजमानों के यहां गमन मत करो. (१)
EN English Translation
O Indra! This one who is the host who gives food in the form of havi, you protect his chariots. O Indra! Someras has been cremated, so leave your horses and come here and do not go to other hosts. (1)
तुभ्यं॑ सु॒तास्तुभ्य॑मु॒ सोत्वा॑स॒स्त्वां गिरः॒ श्वात्र्या॒ आ ह्व॑यन्ति । इन्द्रे॒दम॒द्य सव॑नं जुषा॒णो विश्व॑स्य वि॒द्वाँ इ॒ह पा॑हि॒ सोम॑म् ॥ (२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र! इस सोमरस को तुम्हारे लिए ही छाना गया है. ये स्तुतियां तुम्हारा ही आह्वान करती हैं. तुम सब को जानने वाले हो. हमारे यज्ञ में आ कर तुम सोमरस का पान करो. (२)
EN English Translation
O Indra! This somerasa has been filtered for you only. These praises call upon you. You all know. Come to our yajna and drink someras. (2)
य उ॑श॒ता मन॑सा॒ सोम॑मस्मै सर्वहृ॒दा दे॒वका॑मः सु॒नोति॑ । न गा इन्द्र॒स्तस्य॒ परा॑ ददाति प्रश॒स्तमिच्चारु॑मस्मै कृणोति ॥ (३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
देवों की कामना करने वाला जो पुरुष सोमरस को तैयार करता है, उस के स्रोतों को इंद्र स्वीकार कर लेते हैं तथा मधुर वचनों के द्वारा उसे संतुष्ट करते हैं. (३)
EN English Translation
Indra accepts the sources of the man who prepares Someras, who wishes for the gods, and satisfies him with sweet words. (3)
अनु॑स्पष्टो भवत्ये॒षो अ॑स्य॒ यो अ॑स्मै रे॒वान्न सु॒नोति॒ सोम॑म् । निर॑र॒त्नौ म॒घवा॒ तं द॑धाति ब्रह्म॒द्विषो॑ ह॒न्त्यना॑नुदिष्टः ॥ (४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जो पुरुष सोम का संस्कार नहीं करता, वह इंदर के प्रहार के योग्य होता है. उस ब्रह्मद्वेषी और हवि का दान न करने वाले को इंद्र नष्ट कर देते हैं. (४)
EN English Translation
A man who does not perform the rites of Soma is worthy of inder's attack. Indra destroys that brahmantrist and those who do not donate Havi. (4)
अ॑श्वा॒यन्तो॑ ग॒व्यन्तो॑ वा॒जय॑न्तो॒ हवा॑महे॒ त्वोप॑गन्त॒वा उ॑ । आ॒भूष॑न्तस्ते सुम॒तौ नवा॑यां व॒यमि॑न्द्र त्वा शु॒नं हु॑वेम ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे इंद्र! अश्व, गौ और अन्न की कामना करने वाले हम तुम्हारा आश्रय पाने के लिए नवीन तथा उत्तम बुद्धि से संगत हो कर तुम्हें बुलाते हैं. (५)
EN English Translation
O Indra! Those who desire horses, cows and food, we call upon you with new and good wisdom to seek your shelter. (5)
मु॒ञ्चामि॑ त्वा ह॒विषा॒ जीव॑नाय॒ कम॑ज्ञातय॒क्ष्मादु॒त रा॑जय॒क्ष्मात् । ग्राहि॑र्ज॒ग्राह॒ यद्ये॒तदे॑नं॒ तस्या॑ इन्द्राग्नी॒ प्र मु॑मुक्तमेनम् ॥ (६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे रोगी पुरुष! मैं तेरे जीवन के हेतु हवि देता हुआ तुझे क्षय आदि रोगों से मुक्त करता हूं. हे इंद्र और अग्नि! यदि इस पुरुष को पिशाची ने पकड़ लिया हो तो इसे उस के पाप से छुड़ाओ. (६)
EN English Translation
O patient man! I give you havi for your life and free you from diseases like decay etc. O Indra and Agni! If this man has been caught by Pishachi, then redeem him from his sin. (6)
यदि॑ क्षि॒तायु॒र्यदि॑ वा॒ परे॑तो॒ यदि॑ मृ॒त्योर॑न्ति॒कं नीत ए॒व । तमा ह॑रामि॒ निरृ॑तेरु॒पस्था॒दस्पा॑र्शमेनं श॒तशा॑रदाय ॥ (७)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
यह पुरुष दुर्गति को प्राप्त हो गया है और इस की आयु क्षीण हो गई है. यह मृत्यु के समीप पहुंच गया है, तब भी मैं इस को, निर्तऋति के अंक को खींचता हूं. मैं ने इस का स्पर्श इस हेतु किया है कि यह सौ वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करे. (७)
EN English Translation
This man has attained misery and his life has been reduced. It has come close to death, yet I draw it, the point of nirtiti. I have touched it so that it attains the age of a hundred years. (7)
स॑हस्रा॒क्षेण॑ श॒तवी॑र्येण श॒तायु॑षा ह॒विषाहा॑र्षमेनम् । इन्द्रो॒ यथै॑नं श॒रदो॒ नया॒त्यति॒ विश्व॑स्य दुरि॒तस्य॑ पा॒रम् ॥ (८)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
मैं हवि के द्वारा इस रोगी पुरुष को हजारों सूक्ष्म दृष्टियों, सैकड़ों वीर्यो तथा सौ वर्ष की आयु के लिए मृत्यु से छीन लाया हूं. इसे इंद्र पूरी आयु के लिए पाप के पार लगाएं. (८)
EN English Translation
I have brought this patient man away from thousands of subtle visions, hundreds of semen and death for the age of a hundred years. Apply it across sin for the whole life. (8)
श॒तं जी॑व श॒रदो॒ वर्ध॑मानः श॒तं हे॑म॒न्ताञ्छ॒तमु॑ वस॒न्तान् । श॒तं त॒ इन्द्रो॑ अ॒ग्निः स॑वि॒ता बृह॒स्पतिः॑ श॒तायु॑षा ह॒विषाहा॑र्षमेनम् ॥ (९)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे रोगी! तू सौ वर्ष तक जीवित रहता हुआ वृद्धि प्राप्त कर. तू सौ हेमंतों तथा सौ वसंतों तक जीवित रह. इंद्र, अग्नि, सविता तथा बृहस्पति तुझे शतायु बनाएं. इस हवि के द्वारा मैं तुझे शतायु बना कर ले आया हूं. (९)
EN English Translation
O patient! You live for a hundred years and gain growth. Live for a hundred hemants and a hundred springs. May Indra, Agni, Savita and Jupiter make you centenarians. Through this havi, I have brought you as a centennial. (9)
आहा॑र्ष॒मवि॑दं त्वा॒ पुन॒रागाः॒ पुन॑र्णवः । सर्वा॑ङ्ग॒ सर्वं॑ ते॒ चक्षुः॒ सर्व॒मायु॑श्च तेऽविदम् ॥ (१०)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे रोगी पुरुष! तू लौट आ तथा पुनः नव जीवन प्राप्त कर. इस कर्म के द्वारा मैं ने तुझे दर्शन शक्ति तथा पूर्ण आयु देने में सफलता प्राप्त कर ली है. (१०)
EN English Translation
O patient man! Come back and have a new life again. Through this karma, I have succeeded in giving you vision power and full life. (10)
ब्रह्म॑णा॒ग्निः सं॑विदा॒नो र॑क्षो॒हा बा॑धतामि॒तः । अमी॑वा॒ यस्ते॒ गर्भं॑ दु॒र्णामा॒ योनि॑मा॒शये॑ ॥ (११)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
अग्नि देवता राक्षसों को न्ट करने वाले मंत्र से युक्त हो कर तेरे दूषित रोग को रोक दें. यह रोग तेरे गर्भाशय में फैल रहा है. (११)
EN English Translation
Stop your contaminated disease by containing the mantra that irritates the agni god demons. This disease is spreading in your uterus. (11)
यस्ते॒ गर्भ॒ममी॑वा दु॒र्णामा॒ योनि॑मा॒शये॑ । अ॒ग्निष्टं ब्रह्म॑णा स॒ह निष्क्र॒व्याद॑मनीनशत् ॥ (१२)

जो दुष्ट रोग तेरे गर्भाशय में व्याप्त हो रहा है, उसे अग्नि देव मंत्र के बल से नष्ट करें. (१२)
EN English Translation
Destroy the evil disease that is spreading in your uterus with the strength of agni dev mantra. (12)
यस्ते॒ हन्ति॑ प॒तय॑न्तं निष॒त्स्नुं यः स॑रीसृ॒पम् । जा॒तं यस्ते॒ जिघां॑सति॒ तमि॒तो ना॑शयामसि ॥ (१३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जो तेरे गिरते हुए अथवा निकलते हुए गर्भ को नष्ट करने की इच्छा करता है, हम उसे नष्ट करते हैं. (१३)
EN English Translation
Whoever wishes to destroy your falling or outgoing womb, we destroy him. (13)
यस्त॑ ऊ॒रू वि॒हर॑त्यन्त॒रा दम्प॑ती॒ शये॑ । योनिं॒ यो अ॒न्तरा॒रेढि तमि॒तो ना॑शयामसि ॥ (१४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जो रोग तुम पतिपत्नी में व्याप्त है, जो तेरी योनि में तथा तेरी जंघाओं में व्याप्त है, हम उसे दूर करते है. (१४)
EN English Translation
We remove the disease that pervades you husband and wife, which is in your vagina and in your thighs. (14)
यस्त्वा॒ भ्राता॒ पति॑र्भू॒त्वा जा॒रो भू॒त्वा नि॒पद्य॑ते । प्र॒जां यस्ते॒ जिघां॑सति॒ तमि॒तो ना॑शयामसि ॥ (१५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जो पिशाच पति, उपपति अथवा भाई बन कर आता हुआ तेरे गर्भ में स्थित शिशु को नष्ट करना चाहता है, हम उसे मारते हैं. (१५)
EN English Translation
The vampire who comes as a husband, vice-husband or brother and wants to destroy the child in your womb, we kill him. (15)
यस्त्वा॒ स्वप्ने॑न॒ तम॑सा मोहयि॒त्वा नि॒पद्य॑ते । प्र॒जां यस्ते॒ जिघां॑सति॒ तमि॒तो ना॑शयामसि ॥ (१६)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जो तेरे स्वप्न रूप अंधकार में व्याप्त हो कर तेरी संतान का नाश करना चाहता है, उसे हम नष्ट करते हैं. (१६)
EN English Translation
We destroy the one who wants to destroy your children by pervading your dream form darkness. (16)
अ॒क्षीभ्यां॑ ते॒ नासि॑काभ्यां॒ कर्णा॑भ्यां॒ छुबु॑का॒दधि॑ । यक्ष्मं॒ शीर्ष॒ण्यं म॒स्तिष्का॑ज्जि॒ह्वाया॒ वि वृ॑हामि ते ॥ (१७)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
मैं तेरे नेत्रों, नासिका, कानों, ठुडूडी आदि से शीर्षण्य रोग को तथा तेरे मस्तक और जीभ से यक्ष्मा आदि रोगों को बाहर करता हूं. (१७)
EN English Translation
I remove the head disease from your eyes, nose, ears, theody, etc. and diseases like tuberculosis from your head and tongue. (17)
ग्री॒वाभ्य॑स्त उ॒ष्णिहा॑भ्यः॒ कीक॑साभ्यो अनू॒क्यात् । यक्ष्मं॑ दोष॒ण्यमंसा॑भ्यां बा॒हुभ्यां॒ वि वृ॑हामि ते ॥ (१८)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
मैं तेरी अस्थियों से, नाड़ियों से, कंधों और भुजाओं में यक्ष्मा रोग को नष्ट करता हूं. (१८)
EN English Translation
I destroy tuberculosis from your bones, with your veins, in the shoulders and arms. (18)
हृद॑यात्ते॒ परि॑ क्लो॒म्नो हली॑क्ष्णात्पा॒र्श्वाभ्या॑म् । यक्ष्मं॒ मत॑स्नाभ्यां प्ली॒ह्नो य॒क्नस्ते॒ वि वृ॑हामसि ॥ (१९)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे रोगी! मैं तेरे हृदय से यक्ष्मा रोग को निकालता हूं. हृदय के समीप स्थित कलोम से, हलीक्ष्य से, पित्ताशय से, पारश्चो से, प्लीहा अर्थात् तिल्ली से, यकृत से और तेरे उदर से भी तेरे यक्ष्मा रोग को नष्ट करता हूं. (१९)
EN English Translation
O patient! I remove tuberculosis from your heart. I destroy your tuberculosis from the kalom located near the heart, from the halikhya, from the gall bladder, from the side, from the spleen, from the liver and also from your stomach. (19)
अ॒न्त्रेभ्य॑स्ते॒ गुदा॑भ्यो वनि॒ष्ठोरु॒दरा॒दधि॑ । यक्ष्मं॑ कु॒क्षिभ्यां॑ प्ला॒शेर्नाभ्या॒ वि वृ॑हामि ते ॥ (२०)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे क्षय रोग से ग्रसित रोगी! मैं तेरी आंखों से, गुदा से, उदर से, दोनों कुक्षियों से, प्लाशी से तथा नाभि से यक्ष्मा रोग को बाहर निकाल कर हटाता हूं. (२०)
EN English Translation
O patient suffering from tuberculosis! I remove tuberculosis from your eyes, from the anus, from the abdomen, from both the axes, from the plaschi and from the navel. (20)
ऊ॒रुभ्यां॑ ते अष्ठी॒वद्भ्यां॒ पार्ष्णि॑भ्यां॒ प्रप॑दाभ्याम् । यक्ष्मं॑ भस॒द्यं श्रोणि॑भ्यां॒ भास॑दं॒ भंस॑सो॒ वि वृ॑हामि ते ॥ (२१)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
मैं तेरे उरुओं अर्थात् जंघाओं, घुटनों तथा पैरों के ऊपर तथा आगे के भाग से, कमर से, कमर के नीचे से यक्ष्मा रोग को बाहर निकाल कर अलग करता हूं. (२१)
EN English Translation
I take out tuberculosis from your roos, that is, above the thighs, knees and feet and from the front part, from the waist, from under the waist and separate it. (21)
अ॒स्थिभ्य॑स्ते म॒ज्जभ्यः॒ स्नाव॑भ्यो ध॒मनि॑भ्यः । यक्ष्मं॑ पा॒णिभ्या॑म॒ङ्गुलि॑भ्यो न॒खेभ्यो॒ वि वृ॑हामि ते ॥ (२२)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
मज्जा, अस्थि, सूक्ष्म नाड़ियों, उंगलियों, नाखूनों और तेरे शरीर की सभी धातुओं से तेरे यक्ष्मा रोग को बाहर निकाल कर तुझ से दूर करता हूं. (२२)
EN English Translation
I take out your tuberculosis disease from the marrow, bone, subtle nerves, fingers, nails and all the metals of your body and remove it from you. (22)
अङ्गेअ॑ङ्गे॒ लोम्नि॑लोम्नि॒ यस्ते॒ पर्व॑णिपर्वणि । यक्षं॑ त्वच॒स्यं ते व॒यं क॒श्यप॑स्य वीब॒र्हेण॒ विष्व॑ञ्चं॒ वि वृ॑हामसि ॥ (२३)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे रोगी! तेरे सब अंगों, सभी रोम कूपों तथा जोड़ों में व्याप्त यक्ष्मा रोग को हम दूर करते हैं. तेरी त्वचा में स्थित तथा नेत्रं में व्याप्त यक्ष्मा रोग को भी मैं मंत्रं द्वारा नष्ट करता हूं. (२३)
EN English Translation
O patient! We remove tuberculosis in all your organs, all follicles and joints. I also destroy the tuberculosis disease located in your skin and in the eyes with mantras. (23)
अपे॑हि मनसस्प॒तेऽप॑ क्राम प॒रश्च॑र । प॒रो निरृ॑त्या॒ आ च॑क्ष्व बहु॒धा जीव॑तो॒ मनः॑ ॥ (२४)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
हे रोग! तू मन पर भी अधिकार करने वाला है. तू दूर हो जा. इस जीवित पुरुष के मन से दूर होने के लिए तू निर्त्रति से कह. (२४)
EN English Translation
O disease! You are also going to have authority over the mind. You get away. Tell nirrati to get away from the mind of this living man. (24)
