यह जो पूर्वोक्त ओदन अर्थात् भात है, वह सूर्य मंडल के मध्यवर्ती ईश्वर के आकाश में स्थित मंडल हैं. (१)
EN English Translation
This aforementioned odan i.e. rice is the circle located in the sky of the central God of the solar system. (1)
ब्र॒ध्नलो॑को भवति ब्र॒ध्नस्य॑ वि॒ष्टपि॑ श्रयते॒ य ए॒वं वेद॑ ॥ (२)

जो पुरुष ओदन के सूर्य मंडल में स्थित होने के विषय में जानता है, वह सूर्य मंडल में स्थित होता है तथा सूर्य मंडल रूप स्थान में आश्रय पाता है. (२)

स य ए॒वं वि॒दुष॑ उपद्र॒ष्टा भव॑ति प्रा॒णं रु॑णद्धि ॥ (५)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
जो कोई पुरुष इस प्रकार से उपासक का साक्षात्कार करने वाला होता है एवं उस के कार्य में बाधा डालता है, वह अपने शरीर में प्राणों की गति को रोकता है. (५)
EN English Translation
Any man who is about to interview the worshipper in this way and obstructs his work, he stops the movement of life in his body. (5)
हि हिन्दी अनुवाद
वह न केवल शरीर में प्राणों की गति को रोकता है, अपितु आयु से सर्वथा हीन हो जाता है अर्थात् अल्प आयु में मर जाता है. (६)
EN English Translation
He not only stops the movement of life in the body, but also becomes completely inferior from age i.e. dies at a young age. (6)

गुरु अपने शिष्य से इस प्रकार कहे-हे देवदत्त! पूर्ववर्ती अनुष्ठानकर्ता ऋषियों ने जिन प्राण और अपनों की सहायता से ओदन का सेवन किया था, तुम ने यदि उस से भिन्न अर्थात् लौकिक प्राण और अपनों की सहायता से इस ओदन का सेवन किया तो तुम्हारे प्राण और रूप वायु तुम्हारा त्याग कर देंगे. इस के उत्तर के रूप में शिष्य अपने गुरु से कहे कि मैंने इस का सेवन अभिमुख, पराङ्मुख और आत्माभिमुख हो कर किया है. मैंने इस ओदन का सेवन सप्तर्षि रूप प्राण और अपान वायुओं की सहायता से किया है इस प्रकार सेवन किया हुआ होदन संपूर्ण शरीर वाला होता है मैने इसे वहीं पहुंचा दिया है, जहां इसे जाना चाहिए था. इस प्रकार सेवन किया हुआ ओदन मनचाहा फल देने वाला होता है. इस विधि से जो इस ओदन का सेवन करता है, वही समस्त अंगों वाला, सभी जोड़ों सहित एवं संपूर्ण शरीर वाला है. (७)
EN English Translation
The Guru said to his disciple in this way: O Devdutt! If you consume odan with the help of your own soul and loved ones, with the help of your cosmic soul and loved ones, then your soul and form air will renounce you. As an answer to this, the disciple should tell his guru that I have consumed it with orientation, alien-oriented and soul-oriented. I have consumed this odan with the help of saptarshi form prana and apana air, thus the hotan consumed is full body, I have delivered it where it should have gone. Thus, the odan consumed is the desired fruit. By this method, the one who consumes this odan is the one with all the organs, with all the joints and the whole body. (7)

गुरु अपने शिष्य से इस प्रकार कहे-'हे देवदत्त! पूर्ववर्ती अनुष्ठानकर्ता ऋषियों ने जिस विधि से इस ओदन का सेवन किया था, उस के अतिरिक्त यदि किसी अन्य लौकिक विधि से तुम ने इस ओदन का सेवन किया तो राजयक्ष्मा रोग तुम्हारा विनाश कर देगा.' इस के उत्तर के रूप में शिष्य गुरु से कहे, कि मैं ने इस ओदन का सेवन न पराङ्मुख हो कर किया है, न सामने से किया है और न आत्माभिमुख हो कर किया है. मैंने इस ओदन का सेवन अंतरिक्ष विधि से किया है. इस विधि से सेवन किया हुआ ओदन सर्वांग पूर्ण हो जाता है. जो पुरुष इस प्रकार से ओदन का सेवन करना जानता है वह सर्वाग पूर्ण फल को प्राप्त करता है. (८)
EN English Translation
The Guru said to his disciple thus- 'O Devdatta! Apart from the method by which the previous ritualists consumed this odan, if you consume this odan by any other cosmic method, then the corona disease will destroy you. It has not been done from the front, nor by the spirit. I have consumed this odan with space method. With this method, the odan consumed is completed. The man who knows how to consume odan in this way gets the full fruit. (8)

गुरु अपने शिष्य से इस प्रकार कहे-हे देवदत्त! पूर्ववर्ती अनुष्ठान करने वाले ऋषियों ने जिस पृष्ठ से इस ओदन का सेवन किया है, तू ने यदि उस से भिन्न अर्थात् लौकिक पृष्ठ से इस ओदन का सेवन किया तो विद्युत तेरा विनाश कर देगी. इस के उत्तर के रूप में शिष्य अपने गुरु से कहे कि मैं ने इस ओदन का सेवन न पराङ्मुख होकर किया है, न सामने से किया है और न आत्माभिमुख होकर किया है मैं ने द्यौ रूपी पृष्ठ से इस ओदन का सेवन किया है. इसे जहां जाना चाहिए था मैंने उसे वहीं पहुंचा दिया है. यह ओदन समस्त अंगों से युक्त सभी जोड़े वाला और संपूर्ण शरीर वाला है. इस विधि से जो इस ओदन का सेवन करना चाहता है. वही सब अंगो से युक्त सभी जोड़ों वाला और संपूर्ण फलवाला हो कर स्वर्ग आदि लोकों में स्थित होता है. The Guru said to his disciple in this way: O Devdutt! If you consume this odan from a different page from the page from which the sages performed the previous rituals, that is, from the cosmic surface, then electricity will destroy you. As an answer to this, the disciple should tell his guru that I have not consumed this odan without any face, nor from the front, nor without being self-oriented. I have delivered it where it should have gone. This odan is of all the organs and the whole body. By this method, who wants to consume this odan. He is the one with all the joints and full fruits with all the organs and is located in heaven etc. (9)

गुरु अपने शिष्य से इस प्रकार कहे-'हे देवदत्त! पूर्ववर्ती अनुष्ठानकर्तता ऋषियों ने जिस वक्षस्थल से इस ओदन का सेवन किया था, तुम ने उस से भिन्न पृष्ठ से यदि इस ओदन का सेवन किया तो तुम्हें ऋषि कार्य में सफलता प्राप्त नहीं होगी.' इस के उत्तर के रूप में शिष्य अपने गुरु से निवेदन करे कि मैंने इस ओदन का सेवन न पराङ्मुख हो कर किया है, न सामने से किया है और न आत्माभिमुख हो कर किया है. मैं ने पृथ्वी रूप वक्षस्थल से इस ओदन का सेवन किया है. इसे जहां जाना चाहिए था मैं ने उसे वहीं पहुंचा दिया है. यह ओदन सभी अंगों से युक्त, सभी जोड़ों सहित और संपूर्ण शरीरवाला है. इस विधि से जो उस ओदन का सेवन करना जानता है, वह समस्त अंगों वाला सभी जोड़ों वाला संपूर्ण शरीर वाला तथा सर्वांगफल से युक्त हो कर स्वर्ग आदि पुण्य लोकों में स्थित होता है. (१०)

If you consume this odan from a different page than the chest from which the previous ritual duty sages had consumed this odan, then you will not get success in sage work. It has not been done from the front, nor by the spirit. I have consumed this odan from the chest in the form of the earth. I have taken it where it should have gone. This omen is full of all organs, including all joints and full body. By this method, the one who knows how to consume that odan, he is full-bodied with all the joints with all the organs and is situated in the virtuous worlds like heaven etc. (10)

गुरु अपने शिष्य से इस प्रकार कहे-'हे देवदत्त! पूर्ववर्ती अनुष्ठानकर्ता ऋषियों ने जिस उदर से इस ओदन का सेवन किया था, तुम ने यदि उस से भिन्न अर्थात् लौकिक उदर से इस ओदन का सेवन किया तो उदर के लिए क्ट देने वाला अतिसार रोग तुम्हें नष्ट कर देगा. इस के उत्तर के रूप में शिष्य अपने गुरु से कहे कि मैं ने उस ओदन का सेवन न पराङ्मुख होकर किया है, न सामने से किया है, न आत्माभिमुख हो कर किया है. मैं ने सत्यरूपी उदर से इस ओदन का सेवन किया है. इसे जहां जाना चाहिए था मैं ने उसे वहीं पहुंचा दिया है. यह ओदन समस्त अंशों से युक्त सभी जोड़ों वाला और संपूर्ण शरीर से युक्त है इस विधि से जो पुरुष इस ओदन का सेवन करना जानता है, वही समस्त अंगों वाला सभी जोड़ों सहित और संपूर्ण शरीर वाला है वह स्वर्ग आदि उत्तम लोकों में स्थित होता है. (११)

The Guru said to his disciple thus- 'O Devdatta! If you consume this odan from the stomach from which the previous ritualists had consumed this odan, that is, from the temporal abdomen, then the diarrhea disease that gives the stomach will destroy you. As an answer to this, the disciple should say to his guru that I have not consumed that odan facing, nor from the front, nor have I done it with a soul- oriented. I have consumed this odan from the true abdomen. I have taken it where it should have gone. This odan is full of all the joints and the whole body with all the parts, by this method, the person who knows how to consume this odan, the same one with all the organs with all the joints and the whole body, he is situated in the best worlds like heaven etc. (11)

गुरु अपने शिष्य से इस प्रकार कहे-'हे देवदत्त पूर्ववर्ती अनुष्ठान करने वाले ऋषियों ने उस ओदन का सेवन जिस व्यक्ति अर्थात् मूत्राशय की सहायता से किया, तुम ने यदि उस से भिन्न विधि से इस ओदन का सेवन किया तो तुम्हारी मृत्यु जल में होगी.' उस के उत्तर रूप में शिष्य अपने गुरु से कहे कि मैं ने इस ओदन का सेवन न पराङ्मुख होकर किया, न सामने से किया और न आत्माभिमुख हो कर किया है. मैं ने इसका सेवन समुद्ररूपी बस्ती अर्थात् मूत्राशय की सहायता से किया है. मैं ने इस ओदन को वहीं पहुंचा दिया है जहां इसे जाना चाहिए था. यह ओदन समस्त अंगों से युक्त सभी जोड़ों वाला और संपूर्ण शरीर रहित है. इस स्थिति से जो इस ओदन का सेवन करना जानता है वही समस्त अंगों वाला सभी जोड़ों सहित और संपूर्ण शरीर वाला है. वह स्वर्ग आदि पुण्य लोकों में स्थित होता है. The Guru said to his disciple thus- 'O Devadatta, the sages who performed the previous ritual consumed that odan with the help of the person i.e. bladder, if you consume this odan in a different way than that, then you will die in water.' It is not done from the front or by facing the soul. I have consumed it with the help of the sea-like settlement i.e. bladder. I have taken this odan where it should have gone. This omen is full of all the joints and the whole body with all the organs. From this situation, the one who knows how to consume this odan is the one with all the organs including all the joints and the whole body. He is situated in the virtuous worlds like heaven etc. (12)
तत॑श्चैनम॒न्याभ्या॑मू॒रुभ्यां॒ प्राशी॒र्याभ्यां॑ चै॒तं पूर्व॒ ऋष॑यः॒ प्राश्न॑न् । ऊ॒रू ते॑ मरिष्यत॒ इत्ये॑नमाह । तं वा अ॒हं ना॒र्वाञ्चं॒ न परा॑ञ्चं॒ न प्र॒त्यञ्च॑म् । मि॒त्राव॑रुणयोरू॒रुभ्या॑म् । ताभ्या॑मेनं॒ प्राशि॑षं॒ ताभ्या॑मेनमजीगमम् । ए॒ष वा ओ॑द॒नः सर्वा॑ङ्गः॒ सर्व॑परुः॒ सर्व॑तनूः । सर्वा॑ङ्ग ए॒व सर्व॑परुः॒ सर्व॑तनूः॒ सं भ॑वति॒ य ए॒वं वेद॑ ॥ (१३)

गुरु अपने शिष्य से इस प्रकार कहे 'हे देवदत्त! पूर्ववर्ती अनुष्ठानकर्ता ऋषियों ने इस ओदन का सेवन जिन जंघाओं की सहायता से किया, यदि तुम ने उस से भिन्न अर्थात् लौकिक जंघाओं की सहायता से इस का सेवन किया तो तुम्हारी जंघाएं नष्ट हो जाएंगी.' इसे उत्तर के रूप में शिष्य अपने गुरु से निवेदन करे-“मैं ने उस ओदन का सेवन न पराङ्मुख हो कर किया है, न सामने से किया है और न आत्माभिमुख हो कर किया है. मैं ने इस ओदन का सेवन मित्र और वरुण रूपी जंघाओं की सहायता से किया है. इसे जहां जाना चाहिए था, मैं ने उसे वहीं पहुंचा दिया है. यह ओदन समस्त अंगों से युक्त, सभी जोड़ों वाला और संपूर्ण शरीर सहित है. इस विधि से जो इस ओदन का सेवन करना जानता है, वह समस्त अंगों सहित, सभी जोड़ों से युक्त और संपूर्ण शरीर वाला होता है. वह स्वर्ग आदि पुण्यलोकों में प्रतीक्षित होता है.' (१३)

It has not been done from the front, nor by the spirit. I have consumed this odan with the help of friends and varuna thighs. I have taken it where it should have gone. This odan is full of all organs, all joints and with the whole body. By this method, the one who knows how to consume this odan is full of all the organs, all joints and the whole body. He is awaited in the virtuous worlds like heaven etc. (13)
तत॑श्चैनम॒न्याभ्या॑मष्ठी॒वद्भ्यां॒ प्राशी॒र्याभ्यां॑ चै॒तं पूर्व॒ ऋष॑यः॒ प्राश्न॑न् । स्रा॒मो भ॑विष्य॒सीत्ये॑नमाह । तं वा अ॒हं ना॒र्वाञ्चं॒ न परा॑ञ्चं॒ न प्र॒त्यञ्च॑म् । त्वष्टु॑रष्ठी॒वद्भ्या॑म् । ताभ्या॑मेनं॒ प्राशि॑षं॒ ताभ्या॑मेनमजीगमम् । ए॒ष वा ओ॑द॒नः सर्वा॑ङ्गः॒ सर्व॑परुः॒ सर्व॑तनूः । सर्वा॑ङ्ग ए॒व सर्व॑परुः॒ सर्व॑तनूः॒ सं भ॑वति॒ य ए॒वं वेद॑ ॥ (१४)

गुरु अपने शिष्य से इस प्रकार कहें-“हे देवदत्त! पूर्ववर्ती अनुष्ठान करने वाले ऋषियों ने जिन अस्थियुक्त .... अर्थात् हड्डियों वाले घुटनों की सहायता से सेवन किया था, यदि तुम ने उस से भिन्न अर्थात् लौकिक अस्थियुक्त जानुओं अर्थात् हड्डियों वाले घुटनों की सहायता से ओदन का सेवन किया तो तुम्हारे घुटने सूख जाएंगे.” इस के उत्तर के रूप में शिष्य अपने गुरु से कहे-“मैंने इस ओदन का सेवन न पराङ्मुख हो कर किया है न सामने से किया है और न आत्माभिमुख होकर किया है. मैं ने इस ओदन का सेवन देव के घुटनों की सहायता से किया है. उसे वहीं पहुंचा दिया है जहां उसे जाना चाहिए था. यह ओदन समस्त अंगों से युक्त, सभी जोड़ों सहित और संपूर्ण शरीर वाला है, इस विधि से जो ओदन का सेवन करना जानता है, वह समस्त अंगों से युक्त, सभी जोड़ों वाला और संपूर्ण शरीर सहित होता है, वह स्वर्ग आदि पुण्य लोकों में प्रतिष्ठित होता है. (१४)

I have consumed this odan with the help of Dev's knees. He has been taken to where he should have gone. This odan is full of all the organs, with all the joints and with the whole body, by this method, the one who knows how to consume odan is full of all the organs, with all the joints and with the whole body, he is established in the virtuous worlds of heaven etc. (14)

गुरु अपने शिष्य से इस प्रकार कहे-“हे देवदत्त! पूर्ववर्ती अनुष्ठानकर्ता ऋषियों ने जिन पैरों की सहायता से इस ओदन का सेवन किया था, उस से भिन्न अर्थात् लौकिक पैरों की सहायता से यदि तुम ने इस ओदन का सेवन किया तो तुम बहुचरी अर्थात् निरर्थक बहुत चलने वाले बनोगे.” इस के उत्तर में शिष्य अपने गुरु से कहे कि मैं ने इस ओदन का सेवन न तो पराङ्मुख होकर किया है, न सामने से किया है और न आत्माभिमुख हो कर किया है. मैं ने इस का सेवन अश्चिनीकुमारों रूपी चरणों की सहायता से किया है. मैं ने इसे वहीं पहुंचा दिया है जहां इसे जाना था. यह ओदन समस्त अंगों से युक्त, सभी जोड़ों सहित और संपूर्ण शरीर वाला है. इस स्थिति से जो उस ओदन का सेवन करता है, वह समस्त अंगों वाला, सभी जोड़ों सहित और संपूर्ण शरीर वाला है. वह स्वर्ग आदि पुण्य लोकों में स्थित होता है. The Guru should say to his disciple thus- "O Devdatta! If you consume this odan with the help of cosmic feet, then you will become bahuchari i.e. meaningless very walking. It has not been done from the front, nor by the spirit. I have consumed this with the help of the steps of Aschinikumars. I have delivered it where it had to go. This odan is full of all organs, with all joints and with a whole body. From this position, the one who consumes that odan is full of all organs, with all joints and full body. He is situated in the virtuous worlds like heaven etc. (15)

गुरु अपने शिष्य से इस प्रकार कहे-“हे देवदत्त पूर्ववर्ती अनुष्ठानकर्ता ऋषियों ने जिन चरणांशों अर्थात् पंजों की सहायता से ब्रह्मौदन सेवन किया था उससे भिन्न प्रकार से यदि तुमने इस का सेवन किया तो सर्प तुम्हारी मृत्यु कर देगा.” इस के उत्तर के रूप में शिष्य अपने गुरु से कहे — मैंने इस ओदन का सेवन न पराङ्मुख हो कर किया है, न सामने से किया है और न आत्माभिमुख हो कर किया है. मैं ने इसे वहीं पहुंचा दिया, जहां इसे जाना चाहिए था. मैंने सविता देव के प्रपदों अर्थात् अर्थात् पंजों की सहायता से उस का सेवन किया है, यह ओदन समस्त अंगों से युक्त सभी जोड़ों सहित और संपूर्ण शरीर वाला है. जो इस ओदन को उस विधि से सेवन करना जानता है, वही समस्त अंगों वाला, सभी जोड़ों सहित और संपूर्ण शरीर वाला हैं. वह स्वर्ग आदि श्रेष्ठ स्थानों में स्थित होता है. The Guru said to his disciple in this way, "O Devdatta, if you consume brahmaudan in a different way than the steps with which the sages had consumed brahmaudan, then the snake will kill you." It has not been done from the front and it is not done from the soul. I delivered it where it should have gone. I have consumed savita dev with the help of her pāpadas i.e. claws, this odan is with all the joints with all the organs and the whole body. He who knows how to consume this odan in that manner is the one with all the organs, with all the joints and the whole body. It is located in the best places of heaven etc. (16)

गुरु अपने शिष्य से इस प्रकार कहे-“हे देवदत्त! पूर्ववर्ती अनुष्ठानकर्ता ऋषियों ने इस ओदन को जिन हाथों की सहायता से सेवन किया उस के अतिरिक्त अर्थात् लौकिक हाथों से यदि इस ओदन का सेवन किया है. यदि उस से भिन्न अर्थात् लौकिक हाथों की सहायता से उस ब्रह्मौदन का सेवन किया तो ब्राह्मणों की हत्या करोगे अथवा तुम्हें ब्रह्महत्या का पाप लगेगा. इस के उत्तर के रूप में शिष्य अपने गुरु से कहे-मैं ने इस ओदन का सेवन न पराङ्मुख हो कर किया है, न सामने से खाया है और न आत्माभिमुख हो कर खाया है. मैं ने ऋतु रूपी हाथों की सहायता से इस ओदन का सेवन किया है. मैंने ओदन को वहीं पहुंचा दिया है, जहां उसे जाना था. यह ओदन समस्त अंगों से युक्त, सभी जोड़ों वाला और संपूर्ण अंगों सहित है. इस विधि से जो इस ओदन का सेवना करना जाता. वह समस्त अंगों वाला है. सभी जोड़ों से युक्त और संपूर्ण शरीर वाला हो जाता है, वह स्वर्ग आदि पुण्य लोकों में प्रतिष्ठित होता है. As an answer to this, the disciple should say to his guru - I have not consumed this odan by turning face to face, nor have I eaten from the front and have not eaten in front of the soul. I have consumed this odan with the help of seasonal hands. I have taken Odan to where he was supposed to go. This omen is full of all organs, all joints and with complete organs.
